1. Who we are

Wallze (the "App", package com.devifysolutions.wallze) is published by Devify Solutions ("we", "us"). The App (tagline: "Change Your View") lets you browse, preview, favorite, download, share and set wallpapers on your Android device, and create your own wallpapers with Wallze Studio. It is not a launcher and does not change system settings other than your wallpaper when you ask it to.

2. Summary

3. Information stored on your device

The following is saved locally in the App's private storage and is not sent to us:

You can remove all of this at any time by clearing the App's storage in Android Settings or by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling also removes unlocked premium wallpapers.

4. Wallpapers, Wallze Studio and files

All wallpapers and themes are included in the App, so browsing, previewing and setting them does not require us to receive any information from you, and works offline. The App makes network requests mainly to load ads (section 5).

Wallze Studio. When you type a short description (for example "calm blue ocean"), the App uses it on your device only to choose a style and colors for a wallpaper it draws itself. The text is not stored, uploaded or shared, and no third-party AI or image service is involved.

When you tap Download or Save, the image is saved to Pictures/Wallpapers on your device. On Android 8 and 9 the App asks for storage permission only to do this; on Android 10 and newer no storage permission is needed. When you tap Share, the image is passed to the app you choose through Android's share sheet. When you tap Set Wallpaper, the image is applied to your home screen, lock screen, or both using Android's official WallpaperManager.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App is supported by advertising. We use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to show:

When ads are requested or shown, Google may collect and process, for example: your advertising ID, IP address (from which approximate location may be inferred), device and operating-system information, app information, and ad interaction and diagnostic data. Google uses this to deliver, personalize (where permitted), measure and protect against fraud in ads. We do not receive this data. Google acts as an independent controller for its advertising services. See Google's advertising policy, Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps.

Consent and your choices. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and certain US states) the App shows a consent message from Google's User Messaging Platform before ads are requested. You can review or change your choice later in Settings → Ad privacy options when that option is shown. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in Android Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads).

6. Permissions the App uses

The App does not request access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, phone, SMS, accessibility or your photo library.

7. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only (a) with Google through the AdMob and User Messaging Platform SDKs as described above, and (b) if required by law. Under some US state laws, advertising of this kind may be described as "sharing" or "targeted advertising"; you can opt out through the consent message, Ad privacy options, or your Android ads settings.

8. Data retention

Data stored on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall the App. We do not maintain user profiles. Retention of advertising data is governed by Google's policies.

9. Security

Network requests use HTTPS, files shared from the App use a secure content URI (no file paths are exposed), and the App stores no passwords or payment information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age that applies in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will help.

11. Your rights

Because we do not collect or hold personal data that identifies you, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete beyond what is stored on your own device. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws) you may have rights regarding data held by Google for advertising; you can exercise these through Google's privacy tools. You may also contact us at the address above with any privacy request and you have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

12. International transfers

Google may process advertising data in countries other than your own, using safeguards required by applicable law.

13. Changes to this policy

If the App's behavior or the third-party services it uses change, we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be reflected in the App.
